How do I view my exact number of Rep points?
When I look under my username I see the green blobs that indicate I have rep but it does not say exactly how much Rep I have and when I hover over the green blob it still does not say and I can't find any where in my profile where the exact number of rep points are displayed.
Is there anyway to see this information?

You can see your rep point by click on userCP or setting

If you want to know exactly how much rep you have just click on the settings button on the top your T-I page it will get to a page that shows you how much rep you've earned, who gave it to you, and for what post you posted.

Like Nightwalke said, you can monitor your rep by clicking here or by clicking 'settings' at the top of every page
The actual number is in the parenthesis: Latest Reputation Received (HERE)
This is the rep you need to increase the green bars under your avatar:
- User has a little shameless behaviour in the past -5
- User is an unknown quantity at this point 0
- User is on a distinguished road 5
- User will become famous soon enough 20
- User has a spectacular aura about 100
- User is a jewel in the rough 250
- User is just really nice 500
- User is a glorious beacon of light 750
- User is a name known to all 1000
- User is a splendid one to behold 1500
- User has much to be proud of 2000
- User has a brilliant future 2500
- User has a reputation beyond repute 3000
- User is a T-I hero 4000
- User is a T-I legend 5000
