Thread: New isp in florida

Hi i just moved to florida and am looking for a good and reasonably priced isp i can safely torrent with. Back in IL i had comcast and my basic service had a 200gb bandwidth limit per month or something like that. When i go over i get a warning or something and i think they said that it would be reasonably to think tht i was torrenting and they wouldMonitor me from then on. It was fairly safe cause i never went over tht limt. So is there something similar ir better here in florida? Is bright housr any good? My friend has bright housr but dont torrent. Any opinioms wouldBe greatly appreciated. Ty!

I recommend You not go with Brighthouse Networks. In the relatively short time I have lived here, we have had to call Brighthouse out to our home to replace wires, shitty modems, etc. numerous times. The internet constantly goes in and out for hours at a time. Sometimes it will go out at 2 am and not come back on again until You call and complain, which You can't do until they open. Their speeds are atrocious, especially for downloading. If You can get anything other than Brighthouse, do not hesitate. My area only has Brighthouse, so I am stuck with them until someone better comes along.

Yeah i think my area also has bright house only.

See if Timewarner can service you. They have no caps... I have a cousin who gets it there
