Thread: Help account problems

today i was get in to tl and a get this message " Error: Your Account is disabled! Reason:Please see staff on TL help channel." and i don't know the reason or if i did something involuntarily that cause my acount's shut down....



if anyone could help i appreciated....

Well we don't know the reason either. But they have told you how to deal with the situation.

Go to the help channel in the TL IRC help channel and politely ask staff why your account was disabled. And request that it be re-enabled. You can try the

Well, if I were you I'd do as they say and speak to their staff in the #TLHelp channel.
All you have to do is get a IRC client, like mIRC or xChat and join that channel.

I'm having the same problem as "housemd" has....but the thing is that I don't know how to work with mIRC..I could really use some help because I really want my TL acc back and I wish to know what went wrong with it..if anyone could help me that would be great!!

You should start a new thread and I'm sure that someone will be able to help you.

I don't use mIRC (they are many irc programs), but basically you would need to download and install the miRC program.
Then connect to the irc server. Here is a quick tutorial.

server irc.torrentleech.org 7011

and after you connect to their irc server, join the help channel

/join #tlhelp
