Hope you can help I have some general troubleshooting questions
NERO PLUGINS - I HAVE DOWNLOADED A COPY OF NERO 10.5 HD PLATINUM
I HAVE INSTALLED I HAVE ENTERED THE VALID SERIALS FOR THE PLUG INS IN NERO CONTROL CENTRE
WHAT DO I DO NOW?
HOW DO YOU GET THE LOGO ICON WHEN YOU CREATE A SHORTCUT ON YOUR DESKTOP OF A WEB PAGE
I have tried to play a dvd on nero showtime 4
error message - the application requires direct draw acceleration which is not available in your system please enable it in "directx diagnostic tool" (dxdiag.exe) in the tab display
can you help

Please go to: Start Menu > Run > Type dxdiag, hit enter. Then click on the display tab. Does it say if directdraw is disabled or enabled? If not, enable it and voila.

Should it already be enabled:
What operating system are you using?
Is it 32bit or 64 bit?
Have you got the latest graphics card drivers?
Latest DirectX drivers installed?

Also just to clarify when you say "HOW DO YOU GET THE LOGO ICON WHEN YOU CREATE A SHORTCUT ON YOUR DESKTOP OF A WEB PAGE", what do you mean exactly? Are you trying to make a shortcut of a website for your desktop? I think a much neater way is just to put the bookmark in a toolbar within the web browser itself... much less clutter and then you can go to it just as easily.
