    First of I would like to help you with utorrent 3. But Im not the person to do it.

    But I would like to inform you that many users find uTorrent 2.2.1 Build 25302 the best. As an alternative you can try installing it again, Im sure it will fix your ploblems.

    thnx I downloaded uTorrent 2.2.1 Build 25302 but its the same speed(and even worse)...
    anyone else?

    You can tweak uTorrent in several ways. You should reset your settings, and then follow aguide. It's hard to deal with uTorrent, based on the information you provide. Try tinkeringaround with your settings. This could be what you need : uTorrent Tweeking

    Try opening ports.
    Port Forwarding Guides Listed by Manufacturer and Model - PortForward.com

    There you can check the your modem/router and the application, is fairly easy to do.
