Above is the model of the network drive that I wish to wipe out and start over with it. I've tried going to the disk management, but it's not there. Any ideas? Thanks.

hi gizmore, to be honest i dont know much about a network drive?
hopefully this link can help?
WD Support / Knowledge Base / Network Storage / My Book World Edition (white light)
My Book World Edition
it is unusual that the drive is not shown in disk management, i have a wd external which also wasn't recognized, i ended up taking apart
and connecting straight to sata and then worked out that the drive was fried:(
it seems to me that there are allot of problems with external drive's
I am sure there will be other members here that can help you further,
anyway good luck

I'm unfamiliar with this type aswell.
But I dug up the user manual for it, the answer should be in there.

I would recommend at looking at page 124 (Managing volumes).
thanks a lot for the input. I will definitely look at the manual.
