Thread: rtorrent/rutorrent example configuration seedbox

Hello!

I just installed my own rutorrent client to my rtorrent setup...

but i must have made some stupid config, disk-access is way slower now after rurorrent install than what it was before, when i only used rtorrent with a screen in the shell.

1) Anyone got a proper .rtorrent.rc config file for a seedbox ? (im on my own connection and not sharing with other computers.. I have 4gigs of ram avail for my linux system)



2) Lately i got this COMPLETED status in rutorrent, i assume it has something to do with how much the torrent is supposed to seed, and then it stops, because the torrent doesnt seed anymore.. From what I read on the forum about rutorrent settings, they are only active as long as rtorrent is running, if it crashes the rutorrent settings are lost.. And the only place i have seen such settings is under ratio groups.. And i didnt have it configured... It is very strange =)

3) Can one customize the output in the bottom of rtorrent to show other stats there ??
