I have read somewhere here that there is a FAQ for almost all tracker in one thread, but I can not find it.Im sure I read it here.

i haven't heard of anything like that....i bet it's another IRC's ghost stories/fairy tales

instead, look for at the reviews. every tracker should have it's rules and FAQs posted
