Implicit should work in most cases. Implicit simply means the server expects you to supply a password from the beginning or it automatically refuses the connection. Also, implicit is over port 990. Explicit on the other hand, means the server will connect you insecurely or limit your connection (depends on how it is setup) unless you explicitly ask for security (which you would be doing by picking one of the explicit options). Also, it is over the standard FTP port 21. If you're confused about TLS vs. SSL, you should know that TLS is basically a newer version of SSL and is therefore more secure, but a lot of places still use SSL because they haven't upgraded for whatever reason. In terms of what to do, I would go with implicit for now as it should work for a majority of setups.
