Ok, I spok with u on IRC about this. :P

I know u dont want to buy anything else except CPU, but I just wanted u to see other options.

There is 3 options:

1. U can buy Q6600 if u find it for some low price, he has good OC capitabilities, or Q9550 as others suggested, I wouldnt buy some C2D.
Here are some comparasion betwen CPUs:

2. To sell your MB, CPU and RAM, dont know what prices are in your conutry, but u will maybe get ~100-120€ and add some money and buy SB:
INTEL i5-2500K 3.3GHz 6MB 64bit ~ 150€ (have K on the end, so can be OCed)
MSI P67A-GD65 ~ 130€ (there are cheaper MBs, but this is ok)
KINGSTON 4GB (2x2GB) 1600MHz DDR3 ~ 30€ (same here, there is cheaper models)

~310€ so u will need to add about 180€
2500k vs Q9550 AnandTech - Bench - CPU
2500k vs E5300 AnandTech - Bench - CPU

3. or to save some money for new Intel Sandy Bridge-E or Ivy Bridge and buy new pc, or maybe AMD Bulldozer but I dont think that it would be faster then Intel, prices will be almost the same as Intels. :) I would go with this solution it, beacuse there will be new socket LGA2011 in couple of months for Intel, if u could take that CPU until now, wait a bit longer, dont see point in investing in old platforms. :P Ofc there is only one problem, money. :)

I looked for sandy bridge cpu but my motherboard is not supporting that, I`m not about to upgrade my PC 2 more years from now on :XD so I thank you all guys, for posting your thoughs and helped me chose. My video card is still great for me, I own 4gb ram from Kingston (DDR 2) and with the new processor, I`ll fly to the moon hehe.

Q9550 it is than !!!
