Alerted how? You can idle in a tracker's #announce or #pre-channel and set up your IRC client to alert you with an audible for a specific event.
Edit*
What tracker(s)? Not all trackers have these channels.
Nice idea P2P that will work for the trackers with irc channel (place.bz,torrentleach, bit hdtv, bitspyder for example) , or audible alert or a screen alert if its possible, like bring the mirc on front of my screen.
Do you know how will i set up the options on mirc for that?
On event play sound: if i select ''notice'' is it correct?
On Rss is there possible an alert?
Darknight told me to look for feeddemon and i search for it now.

For IRC if you want a beep then just add the categorys to your highlight list. So when a torrent with "Movies/XviD" is announced and you have that in your highlight. It will beep, just like when someone says your nick.
mIRC Highlight
FeedDemon -You can also add keywords to alert you when they are added.
Remember that torrents go IRC > Site > RSS so using RSS is usually not a very good option if you want to be on the torrent fast.
