    Default Unable to post request - could use help or clarification

    Let me preface by stating the obvious, I am new here. I am unsure whether I have privilege to make requests yet, but I have completed my introduction and it has been approved. I would really like to be able to post a request for some elearn trackers, but when I go to post it says I either need to have an approved introduction and be moved to 10% (which I have) or I have insufficient privileges, could someone inform me as to why? Thanks in advance for any help. R&R

    33% Above can only request on TI. Must have 25 posts, 5 reps, and be a member for 7 days to enter.
