I need some help...Is there is any sites or tracker that have e-books (a very large collection) . mainly management,accounts & economics.

Well, I am not into ebooks, but 've herad eBookVortex is good for that kind of material. You might want to check that out.
There is a review here at TI but the image links are all down. Anyway you can read the text and the comments on the tracker, so here it is:

Another special mention is library.nu. Get registered its free and also opens few more books. (one of the easiest way)

Also use google to find some forums like related to economics/ economics books. A friend of mine in a different profession than mine got such a forum and most of his requirements are met through the forum rather than any tracker.
