You will need to either create a new torrent or change the announce url on the former one you downloaded. To change the announce url, you can get a program to do it, or use an online resource like http://torrenteditor.com/
What you shouldn't do is merge both torrents on utorrent, leave each tracker with a separated torrent file.

Okay, here's how, even if this may have been answered a thousand times.
You grab your torrent on tracker#1 and open it uTorrent normally, but remember where you save the target files.
Then you wait that your download has completed.
Next, grab the torrent from tracker#2 and open it, if it says something like this: do you want add trackers to the tracker list, you say no. (if necessary, rename the torrent)
Then specify the location where the files will be saved, the exact same folder as before. Untick 'start torrent now' (just in case). Then go to the new torrent in your client, right click, Force Re-Check.
Now, after the torrent has rehashed successfully, it says 100% or almost 100% you can start the torrent, if you got 0% it means that the files were not identical or the file names were different.
edit:
Yes, this is for cross-seeding, sorry if I misunderstood what you were asking, but you're not being very clear and I somehow took for granted that you meant this.
For uploading the same torrent I suggest creating a new one and associate it with the old files, and for the uploading process follow the instructions on the tracker to avoid errors.

A small addition: as "a program" that Fractal has mentioned, you can use BEncode Editor. Just change announce url and save .torrent file. You can also delete some additional items like "creation date" or "comment" if you want. And make sure that you have only one announce url in your .torrent.
this is the way to cross seed not how to upload the same file to 2 trackers which is what the OP needs help with Fractal is correct in his explaination

How to Make a Torrent - Videos & Guides - Help - µTorrent - a (very) tiny BitTorrent client read this here and remember you have to do it 2x as you need to make separate torrent files for each tracker you are uploading the file to http://torrentfreak.com/how-to-create-a-torrent/ hope this helps you, also remember once you upload the file you must download the file and find the new download torrent to add to your client to seed on the second file as uTorrent always tries to load the tracker onto the file you are seeding and you must stop the torrent and then find it and point it towards the file manually so that it hashes

First, you aren't clear on what you're tying to do. If what you're saying is you have a file from one tracker then found the exact same file on another and wish to seed to it then follow mate88's post. For future reference we call this cross seeding.
If what you're saying is you have one file from one tracker and want to upload it to another tracker first make sure the file doesn't already exist on the other tracker. If not, feel free to upload it. You will need to refer to and adhere to your trackers uploading rules but basically you will need to do this:
1) Within uTorrent, create a new torrent2) Select the source. If your file(s) are in a directory, 'add directory'. If it's 1 file, 'add file'Code:ctrl+n
3) Copy and paste your announce url from the new tracker (found in your trackers 'upload' page) into 'torrent properties/trackers'
4) Tick 'private torrent' (leave all others at default) then click 'create and save'
5) Save it somewhere you will remember. You will need to upload this to the tracker along with nfo's, description, etc. if applicable.
6) After you have uploaded your torrent to the tracker, download it.
7) In uTorrent, point your download to your existing file directory or file & uTorrent will start hashing the file(s)
8) Shortly after that you will start seeding it.
Don't try editing your announce url's. This is for advanced users plus if you don't know what you're doing you may fail to meet your seeding requirements for the initial download from the first tracker.
Thnk guys.... got it
