i wanna know is it allowed to upload stuff from one tracker to another ?? Like SCC to SceneHD.But some times samples and proofs aren't included in scene releases. from where to get smalples and proofs ? We have to make it and then upload stuff ??

It depends on the tracker. Some tracker only let official uploaders add torrents to their list. But if you are alowed to upload you can put whatever you want.
And why are you so worried about making samples? You said it yourself that sometimes even scene releases dont have samples.

What if stuff which i upload that trackers rules is that uploader should upload stuff which has samples and shots :S What to do ? Plus, it should b e scene release :S

Assuming the site you're going to upload to wants it as a complete scene release, you can't do anything unless you have a tracker that uploads the scene releases with the proof and sample. You're going to have to look for them somewhere...

Can you tell me some Scene Trackers which uploads Scene stuff with samples and proofs.

Transferring from tracker to tracker directly would require a remote connection e.g. FTP access. Which isn't go to happen unless you are tracker staff. The closest that you could approximate that would be using a seedbox as the intermediary.

In practical terms, if you have the complete scene release, including samples, etc.. then you can upload that to another tracker. If you don't have the complete release, then you can only cross seed to another tracker if the full release has been posted by someone else. In that case you have your torrent client check the files and it will download the missing parts from the second tracker. Note that some trackers would let you post just the movie without the samples and supplementary files, but you shouldn't be reposting incomplete scene releases anyway.

As to which trackers release full scene releases? Well SCC and dozens of others. Check the T-I tracker reviews. IPT is a popular tracker that I don't believe has scene affiliation, but still has a lot of scene releases with surprisingly good pre-times.

That would surprise me. Why do you think that is the case?

I am not a SCC member, but I have seen ten or a dozen SCC d/l's that were passed along to me indirectly. And they all had samples, NFO, etc as I would have expected. But I will defer to any SCC members who can better state what is typical for the tracker.

I'm pretty sure the releases as SCC are scene compliant. The tracker you're trying to upload to has their own rules about samples and screenshots so just be a good uploader and make them yourself
