They are neither. Feedback, or iGiver, just shows how many invites a user has given, this is usually a positive kind of feedback, or a good inviter. The bigger the number means this dude loves inviting people. They are the lifeline of T-I! Likes are just posts that are liked by others since not all posts deserve a positive rep. A positive rep is usually given when you make a very worthy, helpful, and informative post that either helped another user or all T-I users in general. To give a user some rep you just click this button: , it's next to this button: , for reporting posts for spam, breaking the rules, or flaming. Look for them in the bottom-left corner of the post you want to add rep to.

Learn more here Reputation & Thanks.

And learn some tips and tricks here: How to earn your rep and be an asset to the community.

A search on the site will point you to many more threads covering this topic as well and hopefully with this post I will have earned someones rep . (Where u at sam8cb?)
