Thread: Does This Go in 10% GA or 33% GA?

I've looked all over the site and I'm not sure exactly how this is determined. How do you know whether to post an invite to a site in which category? I'm looking to give away a few BRKS invites, but I read on the review page that it belongs in 33%. I haven't noticed many in the 10% invites section, so I'm wondering if there are certain rules to posting invites in certain sections.

Btw you can post any tracker invite in any section except no movement list

Yeah there is no rules about in what selection you can post invite but you need to be careful when you give invites in 10% selection. There are mostly new users that don't know much about torrents so be careful who invite and ask for ratio proofs and speedtest so they can prove you that they are good users

It's really personal preference - I've seen demonoid in the 33% forum, and CHD offered up on the 10% forum in the past - just depends on your target audience :)

the percentages have nothing to do with the trackers level of "l33tness". it's all about trust. sure, the 10% GA section has more traffic but it's got more midgets with no background on this forum to back up their worthiness. the 33% section has more "oldtimers" in it, who have some posts under their belt to prove that they're not here just for a quicky . in the end it's still a jiggle.

i godda tell you that there are a lot of cheaters, traders and scammers out there and if you don't want to risk it (losing your account, that is), you better be safe than sorry.

also, you can always report your own GA and tell the mods that you want them to move your GA. i've done it atleast once

Like IMAGINE said above, it's a trust issue more than anything. A month or two ago, I invited a T-I member to GFT, keep in mind I just got my GFT account a day before. I also waited a long time to get into GFT. The user I invited had over 300 posts, over 40 some iGivers and was a VIP user on the forums here. His ratio proofs where legit and he seemed convincing. Well, two days later he got banned from GFT and because of that so did I. It's very very hard to trust anyone here anymore. It's pretty much Russian roulette when inviting someone here. As you stay here longer, you start to get a feel for who is legit and who isn't. If iGivers weren't so important here I would stop doing GA's.

I'm too nice of a guy, that's the problem, LOL. I keep forgetting a bout the scam artests all over the internet. I've been at T-I for so long now I consider it like a "family" if you will, then when someone stabs you in the back it's a good reality check!

Who would you trust better? Someone with 5 posts and 2 iGivers, but was a member of GFT, TL, SCC, iTS, etc. Or someone with 900 posts, 40 iGivers but the trackers there a part of where Demonoid, Torrent-Day, etc. LOL? People on here are quite deceiving.

EDIT: By the way, evvvvverryone on here is a iGiver whore :)

Yet all of my IPT invitee's have a ratio above 1, and is mostly still active. I have 11 invitee's there, most from 10% section.
