    Default back cats games open for signup and i cant signup ...national proxy ??

    hey people sorry about this to make my first thread as problem looking for help :S

    any way to day i found out thats blackcats-games is open for signup so i went to regster but befor i signup i think to my self to not risk it so i went and ask them if it ok to signup at there web site and i told them thats my ISP make the all country go with one IP address a national proxy yes i know thats so sick but i cant help it its a rule from the main ISP in the country so i went and told me and they told me its a main rule and there is no spical cases ...which is i face it befor even with othere web site they told me is not allwod to signup because for my IP so what i cant do about it ...is there any idea how do sloved this problem othere than moving abroad ..

    You still have http://www.torrent-invites.com/track...es-2011-a.html if blackcats-games won't work for you...

    many of you netizen may share one single IP when connecting to a certain international server, i guess. it's just the same as that in university here in my country. the tracker my regard you were trying to create a dupe account though you're not. i think the safe way to avoid being taken as a dupe account is to buy a VPN and then login to the site and download/upload through that VPN. the must be a lot of tutorials to tell you how to do that.
