About LinkBacksMy SCC was disabled. I went to their support channel and they said some dude in romania hacked my account and changed my email.
Can you change your registered email address in your SCC profile? I find this hard to believe.

I never had a reason to hate on Romania till now, but losing the account is my own fault I guess.

I would suggest changing your password on all your other trackers if it is the same. Especially if you use the same email for them, because having someone logging in and snatching torrents is another surefire way to get a ban elsewhere.

Thanks, I'm on it. I use different usernames for every tracker and oftentimes different gmails.

wow kudos for not raging i would be pretty pissed if i lost my scc account, I have very similar passwords to all my trackers except the ones i really care about, my scc one is like 20 characters lol

just ask your question and wait. it took a while for someone to answer me so just be patient. How do you know you were disabled? Is that what the tracker site stated?

this may seem harsh, but they should ban all romanian ip connections. i know they can still use a proxy, but this may at least curb some of the attacks!
my RTT account got hacked and they gave away my invites, thus my invite privileges are revoked.
my gft account got disabled cause i invited a douchebag from romania (he had good rep, lots of igiver etc..) but was a trader.
people bitch about how banning an entire country is unfair, but trust me, there is good reason.
back on topic..... have u requested them to reset your email to your original one, so that you can get back in to your account. if it is your account, then you would have no problem with the original email, but the hackers would be blocked. i am sure they have a log of previous email addresses.
worst comes to worst, at least ask them to disable the account, or investigate further (match ip addresses etc..)
