Default out seeding and partseeding help

ok this is what i wanted to do..
i will download the torrent file from tracker a(public torrent site)..its size is for example 1.2 gb, but i only want to download the other parts of it not the whole file..

then from tracker b(private torrent site) the same file and the same name from tracker a..it is 1.2 gb also..but some parts are not exactly the same..and i need to untick those files..i only need to check that are the same from tracker a..

my point is can i part seed on tracker a then from tracker b i need to choose the files that tracker a's have..
in tl they allow you to part seed...can i outseed then partseed? i don't want to download a large amount of files

    thanks in advance

I suppose you could do this but you would have to be very careful about how your torrent client is handling this. You may accidentally overwrite something, though the chances are probably slim. Why not just download the whole file from Tracker A and then cross-seed to Tracker B? Especially if you have a better ratio/buffer in the one tracker?

I'll also usually download the file to cross-seed from whichever tracker I know I'll be more likely to seed back at least 1:1+.

    one more question..
ahm..if the two torrents they have not the same releases. does my ratio would get higher?or it wouldn't affect my ratio even a little?
for example tracker a is june 6 then tracker b is june 7..the crosseeding won't work?it should be the same releases?

    thank you

Referencing this guide, (How to Cross-Seed safely), you will see that when cross-seeding, you need to ensure that the torrents you are downloading are the exact same release. Otherwise, cross-seeding won't even work.
This is because, after you fully download the torrent from one tracker and then add the new .torrent (from a different tracker) in, uTorrent will check the files to make sure they are the same before it starts seeding on the new tracker. If it isn't the same, uTorrent will not recognize them and your torrent will not say 'seeding'. Instead, it will download the files that are missing because they aren't the same as what you downloaded before and your ratio won't go 'higher'.
As for the time, the torrents don't need to be released on the same date (tracker a is june 6 then tracker b is june 7). That example will still work so long as the FILES are the same. (For scene torrents, it is easiest just to make sure the name and release group are the same and the file size is approximately the same)

If you want to Partially seed something, go to the uTorrent > Files tab (at the bottom next to Trackers, Peers, etc) and right click on the files that you DO NOT want to download and select Priority > "Don't Download". That way, uTorrent will not download them and will only download the ones with higher priorities (low, normal, high). Also, when you add in your new torrent (from another tracker), make sure to choose "Don't Download" on the same files as the original torrent so that it won't download anything extra.
