Default ISP started Download Allowance per day :S

Hello, since the last week, I'm facing problems with my download speed.
I checked my ISP site, and they have started a new policy

Who is affected by the Fair Access Policy?
Some users consume much more bandwidth than the average user, and they will experience reduced download speeds as a result of exceeding their Download Allowance. By providing a Download Allowance, more of the shared bandwidth is made available for everyone to use. Most users will have a better experience as a result of the Fair Access Policy.
Online activities such as viewing Websites, checking email, watching video clips or similar short streaming media, and automatic software updates are unlikely to cause you to exceed the download threshold.

What is the impact of Fair Access Policy on data transfer limits?
The data transfer limits (download) remain unlimited.

What happens in Fair Access Policy, How does it work?
Under the policy we have defined fair usage levels (Download Allowance/Daily Trigger) for unlimited data transfer (download) plans and needless to mention, the usage levels set are very generous such that most customers will not be affected by the FAP/FUP as shown in the below table.
The policy is implemented automatically by monitoring usage. Each service plan is assigned a Download Allowance Trigger. The Download Allowance Trigger is the amount of data (in bytes), which can be downloaded by a subscriber without restriction. As you download at a high rate, your allowance will be depleted.
On reaching the fair usage level (Download Allowance/Trigger), the plan speed will be rationalized to 25%, while data transfer (download) remain unlimited at the reduced speed.
according to this new policy, my download allowance is 2GB,which is .
speed should be reduced by 25% but my speed has been reduced by more than 70% .
so what shall i do to get my max speed, even after exceeding my download allowance?
will proxies work? i am currently downloading a 75Gb file, and it will need ages to download with this policy.
i really need a way to download this file asap. tracker is demonoid.
Ideas please, if downloading the torrent using proxy will work, then how will i do it?
    will changing my ip work?

    Thanks in advance

your speed is reduced to 25% so the speed you are getting is in line with this. This is a total traffic usage limit, not limits on types of traffic so vpn's or proxies will not help you.

Only thing you can do is change ISP or change to a package with usage more in line with your needs.

to 25% and by 25% are two completely different things. don't think there are any loopholes that you can try to use. just pack your stuff and move to sweden or south korea.

I am hit by bandwidth shaping a bit myself, mine probably has a different policy to yours... but i find i only get caught by the shaping if I download heavily in peak times. Out of hours is fine. That is probably bugger all help to you though!

If you don't use a seedbox already, I think now would be the time to get one to minimise the bandwidth you are using. Proxys etc wont help. Alternatively, look at the other packages that they do to see if the bandwidth is much higher on them... if so maybe an upgrade is in order or... swap to a different ISP!
