i supposed that you are asking if the ip diversity will cause you trouble
if so, i think you had better to PM the staff or go to irc for all your important trackers and explain the situation
what i'm sure you have to PM is PTN
for other trackers, i recommand you to do that
private trackers are "safe" but having a seedbox as a 3rd party member (so to say) to hide the first contact, IS the safest bet.
Go for it, man! Private trackers are the way to go! To be on the safe side I would make an attempt to inform your trackers of your recent change of location. It just covers your bases in case future problems were to arise. As far as being safe, hell yeah! private is usually safe! Like the dude above me says, seedboxes are another extra alternative for additional 'safety'

Let me tell you from experience that after switching to private trackers, I've never felt any safer.
Before, I used public trackers and by using them received a DMCA notice from my isp. It's nothing to be too worried about but still bothers you, to avoid that I switched to private trackers. When you're using private trackers I think there's that reliability that the community you're in shares your understanding of free information, but still it's not 100% certain that you're safe. You're never 100% safe whether you'll be using private trackers with seedboxes from proxies etc etc.
I wouldn't even worry about it if I was you, go get some invites and go crazy. Being a student like you I know we're short on cash and although there are alternatives, you can download a lot of cool stuff that will inevitably help your situation.
Short answer: don't worry about it and go for it.
wow..people..thanks a lot for your replies..much appreciated..so i guess..i download utorrent and bang!!
There is always going to be some small chance of you getting DCMA'd, but I haven't been sent a single email since I started on private trackers (to compare I once had about 9 in one week on public trackers). As stated before a Seedbox or the third party will put a bit of space between you, especially if you use encryption to connect to the ftp server. Keep in mind your ISP doesn't look at what you download, just the amounts. So another good way to stay under the radar is not go over your monthly cap if applicable.
That's not necessarily true, I mean they see the file name you download and the amounts, but they want your business. That's why some people change the file names to something like 12354321.tor or 12354321.avi to avoid them seeing what it is you downloaded, although I've only seen this in public trackers. The IPS's are just safeguarding themselves legally by letting us know that whichever copyrighted company snagged your IP, that the ISP did their jobs.
Then again, it's not hard to figure out what it is you're downloaded if you're an IT guy working at an ISP. 700mb file? I wonder what that could be........
But yea, generally they don't give a rats ass what you download. Signing new clients always costs 5-10x more than keeping old ones.
