    ok so this is the problem im having i would like to make my own description box but i dont know how to ad embed bold ad url etc to it only know how to make the frame can any of you help me i need it in html

    Why not use something already made rather than having to go through the hassle of creating that?

    If you can only create the frame, then Its going take a lot of learning. Also, I suspect you'd need PHP or Java for that but I could be wrong. I don't think HTML would be able to do what you need

    I recommend you use something like what is linked to above.
    What is it for? We need more info to help you more.
