hi all

im unable to login on pretome with my code .......
wat should i do then i put the code in search bar but its not working now

Or in the confirmation email can't you ask for another code?

Not sure if this helps but.. Do not copy paste the code into the search bar. You have to type it.

I used to copy and paste it before I memorised it, and it worked fine for me?

I just tried and copy pasting worked for me, but the Pin FAQ on the site says not to do it.

Yeah, copy-paste somethimes doesnt work on some sites, like password check, etc. What you have to do is copy - paste and then press the right direction of the keyword, always works for me.

This might help also a url letting you know if the site is down or it's just you.

i think it's a simple way just to type your PIN characters one by one and it will be all right

i have typed my pin characters 1 by 1 but still it dont work.......
