Hey Guys....what are Reps ??



and how i can generate them ??

Please help.....

Reps are not 'generated', they are Earned :D
And a quick check of the site FAQ brings up this:

Reputation (rep) you will get only when someone give you for useful post/great giveaway/helping others/filling reqest/great tutorial/great review....
