Thread: Search private messages issue

The PM search is not working properly. As far as I can tell, only a few of the private messages in my inbox are indexed for the search.



I think this is a bug and it was suggested in the IRC helpchannel that I open up a thread here.

Have you been able to tell how far back your PMs are indexed? As in, how many days back the search feature indexes?

Actually, there just seem to be inconsistencies regarding the indexing of the usernames for the search. I can search for content and title, but not for usernames. As far as I can tell, all usernames up until and including the 14th of April (when I registered) are indexed, but none after that!
