Umm im not sure. To be totally honest , i dont really like the look of the seedbox provider you are with. I would suggest you try and get in contact with someone on their page although i had a quick look there and cant see any live chat/ support option even though it says there is.
I had a quick look through my 2 seedboxes activation emails and both come like this

This is what i mean by the info should be there with you. If you dont have these details then id push your provider. Hope you get it sorted mate. And id suggest picking a better hoster next time
