    someone can tell me please how much time i have to seed the file after i downloaded it?
    i cant find it in their rules/faq

    There is no H&R. Just drop the torrent if you don't want it.

    I second Bandersnatch's post. There are no HnR rules. Just make sure you maintain a global ratio greater than 1.0. If it falls below that you'll receive a warning.
