Now i have some updates regarding this, the guy pmed me today after 3 days, meaning i sent invite to him 3 days ago, he told me he signed up, i havent got the invite back yet and nor i cant see any invite list or that he is registered at all, very weird.

How much time has the invitee to register after receiv the invite before expires?
