am inviting a person to IPT and he gets banned the same day[poor ratio]



1. so will it affect my progress on ipt....i have a ratio of 5...

2.and also someones who s been thr in ipt 4 a long time...can u say..clearly when will i get more invites or a brief of how the invite system works thr ????[based on ur experience thr...]

1. if your invitee gets banned it won't affect your ratio... but you'll probably get a warning/ notification from the IPT staff about your invitee and that you should be more careful in the future about who you invite... although this applies only if your invitee gets banned for other reasons than bad/ poor ratio.

1 invite/month (if 1 invite not used, next month system will not give another invite)

VIP

3 invite/month + if they donate, they will get extra invites

Uploaders

1 invite/month
If an invite is not confirmed within 3 days it is automatically deleted and refunded to your account.

You can view how many given/available invites by going to your "User details" page and looking at the number next to "Given"/"Available." To invite someone select "Available", enter an email/message on the following page, and press "Invite!" A confirmation email will be sent to the email address you have entered and the person will be given 3 days to confirm it.

thank you very much morph for your efforts...but i got 3 invites in a month and i didnt donate..am just a power user...any ideas???

probably the FAQ hasn't been updated in a while, and the new system hands out 3 invites/ month per PU

I don't know if it applies to IPt, but I know that some sites will subtract the invitee's download amount from the inviter's upload amount if they get banned for bad ratio.

@Bandersnatch.....thats too harsh...i dont think thats on ipt...

I wonder how your invitee got banned in a day, don't they give you a week to fix your ratio?

I imagine there is more to this story. Unless your invitee started downloading 100's of GB's of data within minutes of joining, he would have been given a grace period.

Why don't you fill us in on the real reasons involved here?

What trackers do this? I think that's a pretty good idea, honestly
