Are you having this issue with all trackers or just this one?

If it's specific to this particular tracker, have you tried their IRC help channel?

lots of similar problems if you put Connection closed by peer in google... have a look.

a few answers that might help you:

Maybe your firewall / antivirus completely blocking outgoing connections your torrent client => digging into the settings or even disable them. In some versions of utorrent is the incompatibility of configuration files, when updating old version of the client incorrectly applied to new and the solution for this "bug" is to complete uninstall (removal) of the client with further reinstallation of the client.

its probably a tracker issue .. perhaps no leechers .. from the image i see network connection is fine and port is forwarded, i see announced correctly on tracker .. btw try and download .. does it work ? if it does so should seeding ..

the problem is with more than one tracker, perhaps all of them.
i tried disabling the firewall and antivirus, i tried talking to ppl on IRC.
my port WAS fine, i donno wats the problem with it now.
