Forum Color Number For Photoshop

What is T-I's color they use for their forums? I'm messing around with some stuff in Photoshop and I need the exact color for it to work.

The way i do this mate is take a screen shot of the forum / picture you want a colour from. (prt scrn, top right op keyboard)

Open up photoshop, new image and then paste your screen shot, Then use the color picker (looks like a little pippet). Click on the exact color you want on the image and walla! you have the colour you want in your foreground, then where you can choose foreground/background colour, double click your new colour, and the colour number is there.
