Looks like you need to have only your global ratio ok :D

As for XWT do I only need to seed to get to a 1:1 ratio or more??

I'm not a member on either but maybe I can help...

It seems that for TVT, as long as your account is showing positive credits, you should be okay for HnRs; however, the longer you seed the more credits you have.

For XWT, minimum seedback ratio is 0.6, however they would prefer you to have a 1:1 or greater seedback.

For most any tracker, it seems the general preference is seed at least 24 hours with a 1:1 seedback, or seed at least 72 hours. This obviously varies from tracker to tracker, but just seed as long as you can on everything and you'll be awesome!
