I'm sorry, but did you see my post? There isn't anything you can tweak to make it work. Your ISP block encrypted data, so you can't make it look like it's not torrent traffic. Your best bet is to get a new ISP, if you plan on doing a lot of torrenting.

u got a router ? if so some tweaks could help forward port correctly..
simple .. choose a port number .. put it in ur client .. make sure to unclick ( automatically change my port on open )
same port use on the router .. on the Virtual Circuit Network .. put ur local IP .. put the name of the client or app u wish to open port to ..
u on mac right ? good if forwarded there is in utorrent a small green light at bottom bar at the right side .. if yellow or gray port yet not open ..

Just noticed this post. Bandersnatch is right, Mike is screwed with this ISP :(
