Thread: SCC Help - lost login

So my server crashed, taking my login info to SCC with it. Turns out the webmail account I used for the SCC account have expired... So password recovery went to hell.



So can anyone please help me get back in? I realise it wont be easy to identify myself, but I think I have a couple of ways. Please, try me out! I really want to get back in. Where can I get in contact with any SCC-guys? Hate to loose a 24/7 account since 2009...

Just open a new email, and send it to that.

Try the irc channel if that doesn't work:

Yeah, I know about the IRC, got help there before. But It seems like you have to register from "inside" SCC to get a password for the support channel now a days...

No master, but I have used it a few times. As I understand it. I need a password for the support channel, right?

if it not work than try to register your username.

Register: /register <password> <your@email.com> (/msg nickserv register <password> <your@email.com>)
Identify: /id <password> (/msg nickserv identify <password>) You will have to repeat this process everytime you want to join our IRC Network.

Yeah, using my tracker name on mIRC. got kicked(?) from #support as well. I dont think i can register since I dont have the password OR the correct registered mail address left. What I have is my user-name and the original invite-mail from 2009... Im fucked, arent I?

You can select any password and email you want this is for irc and it's separate don't have nothing to do with tracker...
