Infraction On T-I

I have only recently joined the T-I. Though I carefully read the invites giveaway thread and other posts on sticky, I admit it is my mistake that I did not read the rules completely and PMed a member asking for reputation.

Now I find myself receiving an 1 infraction point for breaking the rules.

I have already fulfilled the conditions required to move on 33% (7 days + 5 reps + 25 posts) but I havn't been promoted yet.

So will I be promoted?
