Not sure but check this out:
If you are using windows 7 try to open pop in compatibility mode of xp and as an administrator.
To do this just right click on the pop.exe file > compatibility >run the program in compatibility mode for xp.
And run the program as an administrator.
From the start i am running POP in compatibility mode...

First of all my video card sucks..... Nvidia Geforce 6150 LE
SysTem : Acer Aspire L100 ...frickin card is inbuilt
O/s : windows 7 ultimate x86
Ram: 1.5 GB ..with compatibility mode (windows xp service pack 3) POP runs like smooth butter
Can u suggest some DDr3 or ddr5 cheap video cards available in the market .... suppose ati readon or nvidia ... or any other crap that can make my games run smoother and faster & I hear nvidia cards are having heat troubles.
Yeah it's probably your graphics card. You can get something like this (see link) for $90. I would also upgrade the ram to 4GB. You didn't mention your processor, it may also need an upgrade.
Newegg.com - GIGABYTE GV-R567OC-1GI Rev2.0 Radeon HD 5670 1GB 128-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 2.1 x16 HDCP Ready CrossFireX Support Video Card
