Library.nu is a public tracker, with lots of books. It's all books, I think, with no videos or etc.

Bitme is quite good and you don't really need a seedbox to survive.

even if your not into the seduction part there is lot of self-improvement stuff . lots of exclusive torrents. and great oportunities for group buys.

altho not specialed there is lots of stuff on demonoid

and the .bz has an e-learning tracker called thegeeks.bz signups are open. relatively new to this tracker so can't comment on it yet

maybe not elearning but more specific are

cgpeers.com: everything that has to do with Computer Graphics (beta, open)

are one of the gr8 e learning stuff.......
