You appear to be connecting through a proxy server. If you don't know what this means, try to access the site on :81/signup.php>port 81 (this should bypass any ISPs' transparent HTTP proxy servers).
Note: if you run an Internet-accessible web server on the local machine you will need to shut it down for signup to work.

But i dont use any proxy,I try to config my router close firewall and NAT but it's still dont work.
Change port to :81 Dont work with me

So how can i do for now?

This happens sometimes when I want to signup on a IP that changes with every connection. AKA when I use dial-up. Try an ethernet connection or something.

I though because ISP in Thailand Didn't use static IP.
SO how can i figure it out?

I use IP Address Lookup (IPv4 & IPv6) to check Am i use any proxy?
the system dont found me use any proxy.

it is possible that your ISP uses a transparent proxy IP. Talk to the ISP about it.

I already talk to my ISP
But he cant do anything -*-
