I'm getting the same problem.
Looks like the forum permissions don't let us view the cms on the homepage (or at least don't let the members usergroup, don't know about vips and up)
But guests can xD
Either they haven't fixed forum permissions yet or they're still working on finishing up the CMS for T-Iv3 and don't want us seeing it :D
We are aware there are some kinks and I ask that you all be very patient with us in our transition. People worked round the clock to try and get us up and running correctly and hopefully we are ever closer to a smooth running T-I soon. Thank you all for being patient.

As already been said this is just one of a few site bugs that we are experiencing i can assure you its on the to do list just try and be patient everything that is on the homepage is currently in the announcements and bittorrent news
