I do not do any sort of diet regarding food or exercise, i do everything on my time and proper, eat proper everything, go for exercise, sleep on time and everyday go for morning, all these makes me fit.

I doubt DNA's got anything to do with you being fat. The only link I can think of is you 'inheriting' potentially poor attitudes towards health from your parents/siblings and carrying through with them.
I love to exercise, just with someone. I need that motivational push. Otherwise I wimp out and go home to my food.![]()
not all your points are true.....losing weight should be a slow and natural process, watch PhysiquesOfGreatness channel on youtube, he's got some real good tips on cutting down and dieting while still eating normal but healthy of course.
