Now a days i am doing weight lifting and for the purpose i have added this in my diet.So it is good to know the benefit of this.Thanks for the sharing.
Boiled eggs are good for health, Eggs are the best source of strength and iron for you body. Use to eat eggs but not so boiled half boiled and half nor. Hope you understand what am I saying.
