Because you have to escape of some fat.In the morning our methabolism it's verry accelerated. That's why some people in the morning make jogging.Because they burn mouch faster fat's.On empthy stomac. No glycogen in the muscle from carbo.Me sometimes, when i have a undeawear shoot when im wake up i take some Bcaa's(its a aminoacid)+fat burner's on empty stomac to protect the muscle. Then i make a 45 walk and when im returing home i eat 5 whites'of egg's.But in a regulary day i eat cereals with soia milk +5 fried withes of egg's....or 5 fell of cereal bread+ light marmalade with a cup a coffe or green tea with always 5 egg's.I change everyday breakfast to not get bored.

I think you should read this:

Breakfast Myth Busted in NZ Study | New Zealand | Epoch Times

The fact of the matter is, everyone's body is different, and telling you that eating breakfast is a must is nonsense. Our bodies are not naturally designed to eat three square meals a day, it's something we've adopted for comfort over the years. Realistically you would simply eat whenever food was available, and not on some strict schedule. A few studies have actually shown the myth that if you don't eat breakfast you'll be hungrier later and eat more overall are also false, there is normally no difference in the amount consumed long term, and in many cases it is even less. Don't fall in line with everyone just because they tell you it's right. Figure out what works for your body, and then go with that. I watched a story a few years back about a man who lived a moderately active lifestyle, skipped breakfast and for the two meals a day he ate, he took fatback and fried it up in grease, then served it with potatoes and maybe a veggie. This man was over 80, and he'd been eating this way for years. So again, it depends on you as a person. If you're going to burn the energy and it fits your schedule then by all means eat breakfast, but don't feel forced to because someone tells you you'll be unhealthy if you skip it.

I usually have bread with feta cheese and herbs, and black tea with sugar. Typical Middle Eastern breakfast :)
