    Default any one good at graphics and designing skin templates for vbulletin

    hi all i am looking for some graphics for a vbulletin forumskin for in a few weeks i can get the skin coded just need it designed
    i am looking for a top secret design feel and look sort of retro and cool and old effect also as the main login page and registration for my forum i would like the tv like whats on lost with like a static effect saying please enter security clearence and password i would like the username and password designed in to the tv its for a gaming forum also would like some custom forum icons and user class bars i am running vbulletin 4.03
    looking for a custom designed template just for my site
    we could work something out if any one interested

    I've never designed any Vbulletin themes, So if its expereince your looking for I cant help you. However I'm quite the photoshop expert, so if you pm me with further details of what exactly I need to design I would love to help you with this. I love doing new things in photoshop.
