UPDATE: As of 3/21 I will no longer be handling requests of new users at 10%, please be at 33% or higher when posting a request. Please know that this is not because 10%ers cannot give/thanks feedback, but rather that they're more likely to get banned or change their name. Requests have been pouring in and I'm trying to cut down on wasted work (bans) and redos (name changes) so I can devote that time to other users. If you're at 10% and would like to make a request don't worry, it only takes a week and a handful of posts to hit 33%, I'll be more than happy to handle a request from you once you've invested the time in T-I.
About
Most of my work is fairly straightforward. I don't do obnoxious effects or "loud" pieces with a million things going on in them. My work almost always has some level of transparency to it, meaning it generally works against most backs. I like to use anchors in my work, such as a central graphic, icon, bar, etc. that the work is usually attached to in some way. I find plain squares and rectangles boring, I like the work to "pop" out of boundaries, not be locked into them.
Most work is completed inside half an hour to an hour. That doesn't mean I'll have yours ready that fast, that's just the average for most pieces. Not happy with the finished piece? Let me know, won't hurt my feelings - promise. You're the one that's stuck with the avatar/signature not me, I'm more than happy to rework something or start again with a different direction.
Privacy
If you'd like to request a piece privately, for use on other forums, you may PM the request. Please include the below info when you do, and I'll submit the work to you via PMs. DO NOT PM me normal requests, post here. Note that I give priority to requests posted in this thread for T-I use.
Recycling
If you get banned from the T-I forums, or choose not to use any work I've created I reserve the right to toss it in the "Up for Grabs" sections and allow other users to use it. Aside from that I not will not edit a current piece that is in use for another user, e.g. "I like so and so's signature, give me the same but just change the name".
How to Request
When requesting a piece please include the following:
Type (Required):
Avatar/Signature/Avatar and Signature
Style (Required):
Smooth, Dark, Grunge, Bright, Colorful, etc. (Just give me an idea of the "look" you want)
Dimensions (Optional):
If you have specific dimensions let me know, otherwise I'll just my standard. (Note the work will probably be larger than your dimensions but will keep the same proportions, so you can resize it to your specified dimensions without distortion) My normal dimensions for signatures are 1000x200px, this can be resized easily to 600x120px which looks nice in the TI forums.
Specific References (Optional):
If you have a specific image you want incorporated into the work please supply a working link to it.
You don't have to give me pixel by pixel blows of what you want, if you're unsure just give me the general idea of what you want and I'll do my best. Also remember you're asking me to do work for you, be polite, I'll just ignore any "MAKE ME A BIKE CLOWN!" posts.
How to Use
The best way to use a signature I've made for you is to simply take the link (right click and select Copy Image Location or something to that affect) then go to your signature settings in your User CP.
Click the little image buttonand then paste the link. This should add the image to your signature. Do not upload it via the forums...
Make sure you're not using an overly large version of the signature, if you don't know how to resize an image just ask and I will do it for you.

Up For Grabs
These are pieces that I've completed without a specific request. If you'd like to claim one just make a post noting the specific piece and any adjustments to it that you want made. These will be given out on a first post first served basis.
