regular users can't have signatures. it's a perk for COMPLETE+ members but if you really really crave for one, you can always just donate to get the VIP license plate

by the way i think you resized the pic to suit the size limits we have, unknowingly saving it as a .gif which, as you can see (if you're using the black theme), doesn't have the transparent background. resize it and save it as a .png
