It looks like the scammers are at it again, watch out for an email like the one I just received below:

Firstly check out the senders email:
ppl.verify#msn.com
It's also worth noting that you cannot authorize a payment without physically logging into Paypal which should set alarm bells ringing in the first place.
Also if that billing statement was correct it would also contain my email address as well as my name.
Also if you hover your cursor over the cancel button you will find that the link displayed in the bottom left browser has no redirector to paypal at all, in my case it was pointing to:
hxxp://portalsvr.kusd.org/jgraph/lang/debt, nothing to do with Paypal what so ever
You should also never follow links from any email from anyone that deals with any part of your finances, go directly to the site and login. If there is a problem you will be notified of it once you have logged into the site.
