I have 4 Mbps/512 kbps,but I might switch it to a 10 Mbps/10 Mbps connection if the provider is available in my state.
Comcast, but lately it's been very unreliable. It's always shutting down, not working, so sick of it. Speeds aren't too bad though.
I use At&t but they have a really bad rep for scamming people. Several times they charged me for stuff that I didnt even use or apply for.
I use a local LAN ISP.

I'm very happy with them - problems occur very rarely and the support seems reasonably fast.

Optimum Online, $30 a month... 15Mbit/s down 2 Mbit/s up... An extra 10 could double that but im too cheap right now.
