Whaaaaat? no Southpark? lol. I think you would enjoy Hell's Kitchen, Top Gear (if you're into cars), Sarah Connor Chronicles is pretty interesting, Lost (season 1 and 2.. the rest are confusing lol), Aqua Teen Hunger Force, Amazing Race, ENTOURAGE (it's the best), 24 ... I watched everything you have except Heroes (not my thing).

Try Supernatural or Kyle Xy ;)

Trust me, watch Dexter. This show is amazing and must be watched!
