I second both Entourage and Arrested Development. Also, Freaks and Geeks and Undeclared. These two series have guys like Seth Rogen and Jason Segel before they became really big.

I would say Dexter. Also, if its the US Office, then download the UK version.
Other choice is Life on Mars (UK version) and its spin-off, Ashes to ashes.
